Terms and Conditions

Dash Cam Competition - December 2024

​

  1. Eligibility
    This competition is open to residents of Malta and Gozo aged 18 or over. Employees of IoT Solutions and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
     

  2. How to Enter
    To enter, participants must:

    • Like the IoT Solutions Malta Facebook Page

    • Follow the IoT Solutions Malta LinkedIn Page

    • Tag someone that would also love a dashcam.

    • Share the post publicly.
       

  3. Competition Period
    The competition starts on 4th December 2024 and ends at 23:59 on 9th January 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
     

  4. Prize
    The prize consists of a Dash cam with installation. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
     

  5. Winner Selection and Announcement
    The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced on IoT Solutions’ social media pages on 10th January 2025. The winner will be contacted via direct message. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, IoT Solutions reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
     

  6. Prize Conditions
    The dash cam must be installed on a vehicle within 3 months of the prize announcement. Installation is limited to Malta and Gozo.
     

  7. Data Protection
    By entering the competition, participants agree to IoT Solutions storing and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
     

  8. Disqualification
    IoT Solutions reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms, uses fraudulent methods, or participates in the competition in bad faith.
     

  9. Modifications and Cancellation
    IoT Solutions reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time, including the terms and conditions, without prior notice.
     

  10. Liability
    IoT Solutions is not responsible for any technical issues, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the competition.

​Vehicle Tracking Competition - November 2024

  1. Eligibility
    This competition is open to residents of Malta and Gozo aged 18 or over. Employees of IoT Solutions and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
     

  2. How to Enter
    To enter, participants must:

    • Follow IoT Solutions' social media page.

    • Like the competition post.

    • Comment on the post with the correct meaning of "IoT".

    • Share the post publicly.
       

  3. Competition Period
    The competition starts on 1st November 2024 and ends at 23:59 on 27th November 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
     

  4. Prize
    The prize consists of a 2-year subscription to a vehicle tracking service, including free installation of the tracking device. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
     

  5. Winner Selection and Announcement
    The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced on IoT Solutions’ social media pages on 29th November 2024. The winner will be contacted via direct message. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, IoT Solutions reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
     

  6. Prize Conditions
    The tracking device must be installed on a vehicle within 3 months of the prize announcement. Installation is limited to Malta and Gozo. The tracking service is valid for 2 years from the date of installation.
     

  7. Data Protection
    By entering the competition, participants agree to IoT Solutions storing and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
     

  8. Disqualification
    IoT Solutions reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms, uses fraudulent methods, or participates in the competition in bad faith.
