DC-Powered Operation
Operates from an external 10-30V DC power source with 170mAh rechargeable battery backup for continuous operation during power cuts.

Standard Internal Battery (8.5Ah)
A cost-effective configuration delivering up to 10 years of operation in typical low-power monitoring applications.

Extended Internal Battery (17Ah)
High-capacity option, double the industry norm, for up to 10 years of operation with high reporting frequency, or poor network conditions.

Not Sure
Our engineers will review your use case and project details and recommend the most suitable configuration.

If an external power supply is available, the DC-powered option is always recommended and selected by default.
This allows the device to operate continuously from the power source while using the internal backup battery to remain operational during power outages and to detect and report power loss and restoration events.
If no external power is available, a battery-powered option should be selected.
The standard internal battery is suitable for most low-power applications and can provide up to 10 years of operation.
The extended internal battery is recommended when reducing maintenance visits is a priority, when higher than hourly continuous message sending frequency is required, or when network coverage is poor, as it delivers longer autonomy.
NB-IoT
Cellular carrier-grade, low-power cellular with deep coverage, excellent battery life, and maintenance-free operation.

4G LTE Cat-1
Standard and highly available cellular carrier-grade mobile network, ideal for countries without NB-IoT connectivity, mobile, high throughput or low latency control applications.

LoRaWAN
Low-power connectivity via private or managed LoRaWAN, requiring a gateway and network server.

Wi-Fi
Local Wi-Fi connectivity using existing infrastructure, suited for non-critical application use.

SIGFOX
Ultra-low-power SIGFOX connectivity for simple, low-data one-way messaging where available.

Not Sure
Our engineers will review your use case and project details and recommend the most suitable configuration.

When available, NB-IoT is always the recommended and default connectivity option.
It offers excellent battery efficiency and autonomy, deep indoor and underground coverage, and a carrier-grade, maintenance-free cellular network. If NB-IoT is not available but cellular reliability is still required, 4G LTE Cat-1 is the preferred alternative. While it consumes more power than NB-IoT, it can still achieve multi-year battery life especially if paired with an extended battery, and has no disadvantages when used with DC-powered configurations.
LoRaWAN and Wi-Fi are suitable alternatives when cellular connectivity is not desired or not available, including deep indoor locations or very remote areas with limited cellular coverage.
LoRaWAN requires an existing or new gateway and a network server that must be managed by the client or a third party over time, while Wi-Fi relies on local infrastructure and typically involves higher maintenance, additional security management, and lower overall reliability.
SIGFOX is a suitable alternative in regions where the network is available and ultra-low-power, low-data simple one-way messaging is sufficient.
It operates on a managed operator network with minimal device-side maintenance, but is subject to regional availability and message constraints.
Internal Antenna
Fits most deployments with good coverage. No exposed parts, less damage risk, easy install. Backup antennas available.

Short Straight Antenna
Used for stronger signal where space allows; ideal if antenna avoids impact or obstructions.

Short Angle Antenna
Used for signal boost when space limits or enclosure orientation make straight antennas impractical.

TTL Antenna
For setups where device-mounted antennas won’t work, like metal cabinets; no heavy loads.

Protected TTL Antenna
Built for harsh areas with vehicle or pedestrian traffic; tough and impact-resistant.

Not Sure
Our engineers will review your use case and project details and recommend the most suitable configuration.

By default, the internal antenna is recommended and is suitable for most installations where network coverage is available.
The internal antenna is a high-gain design, providing reliable performance while avoiding exposed external components that could be damaged, tampered with, or affected by environmental conditions if not installed correctly.
External antenna options should be selected only when additional signal improvement is required, or when installation constraints prevent the use of an internal antenna. The choice between antenna types depends primarily on physical installation requirements and environmental exposure.
If you are unsure - Get the Internal Antenna option and in the last step of this selector mention how many and which type of backup antennas you need and quantity.
Long Side
Ideal for wall-mounted or vertical installations with side clearance and straightforward cable routing.

Short Side
For tight spaces or when enclosure orientation favors a compact side-mounted antenna.

Bottom
Commonly used in cabinets, manholes, or enclosures where the antenna is routed downward or protected.

Top
Ideal for installations below obstructions where the antenna needs clear exposure for better signal.

Not Sure
Our engineers will review your use case and project details and recommend the most suitable configuration.

IoT Pro devices support multiple external antenna mounting locations to accommodate different installation types and physical constraints.
Selecting the correct antenna location helps ensure reliable signal performance while protecting the antenna from damage or obstruction.
Choose the location that best matches the installation environment and enclosure orientation.
No GNSS
Device operates without GNSS, recommended for fixed installations where location data is not required.

GNSS Enabled
Integrated GNSS location tracking, ideal for moving assets requiring real-time positioning data.

Not Sure
Our engineers will review your use case and project details and recommend the most suitable configuration.

GNSS location should be enabled only when asset movement tracking is required. For most IoT Pro applications, the device is installed on fixed assets, where GNSS is not necessary nor available, and provides no operational benefit.
Enabling GNSS increases device cost and power consumption, and reliable GNSS performance requires clear access to satellite signals, with the device installed so that the GNSS antenna is facing towards the sky. In indoor installations, metal enclosures, or fixed assets, device performance may be degraded if GNSS is enabled without sufficient signal availability. Extra care should also be taken in battery-powered deployments, as GNSS has a significant impact on battery life, dependent on use.
