IoT not only give very prompt and efficient service, but they periodically update their systems, and send very helpful step by step videos aiding the user understand the already very user-friendly app. I find the app incredibly useful; as I can keep an eye on the drivers, and control vehicle costs via the multitude of reports it generates, whilst also being able to guide the drivers on their route should they need it. Rueben and Simona are always available for any queries, and the service people are very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.
